Product images, descriptions, dimensions, colours, and specifications shown on our website are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences may occur due to printing processes, monitor settings, lighting conditions, or manufacturing tolerances.

2. Quotations & Orders

All quotations provided by BoxesGen UK are free of charge and remain valid for the period specified within the quotation unless otherwise stated.

An order will only be considered confirmed once:

• The quotation has been accepted.
• Final artwork has been approved.
• Payment has been received where applicable.
• Our production team confirms the order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any quotation or order where pricing errors, technical issues, unavailable materials, suspected fraudulent activity, or other exceptional circumstances arise.

3. Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork proofs before providing final approval. This includes checking spelling, grammar, colours, dimensions, positioning, logos, contact details, and any other design elements.

Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, BoxesGen UK cannot accept responsibility for any errors contained within the approved artwork.

Customers confirm that they own, or have permission to use, all logos, trademarks, images, and other materials supplied for printing.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed or quoted are provided in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Payment may be requested in full or according to agreed payment terms before production begins. Orders may be delayed until payment has been successfully received and verified.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors before confirming an order.

5. Production & Delivery

Production begins only after final artwork approval and successful order confirmation. Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith but may occasionally vary due to manufacturing schedules, material availability, courier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

BoxesGen UK works with trusted delivery partners to ensure orders are delivered safely throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery dates are estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed deadlines unless confirmed in writing.

6. Custom Printed Products

As every packaging order is manufactured specifically to customer requirements, slight variations in colour, finishing, material texture, dimensions, and print positioning may naturally occur during production. Such variations are considered acceptable within normal commercial printing tolerances and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Digital screen colours may differ slightly from printed colours due to differences in display technology and commercial printing methods.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our returns and refund process is governed by our Refund Policy. Customers should review the policy before placing an order.

Due to the personalised nature of custom printed packaging, orders cannot normally be cancelled after artwork approval or once production has commenced.

Where a product is found to be defective or does not match the approved order specification, customers should notify BoxesGen UK within a reasonable period after delivery. Each claim will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or another suitable resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer legislation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the BoxesGen UK website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, product designs, logos, icons, artwork, layouts, software, and website functionality, is the intellectual property of BoxesGen UK or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9. Customer Responsibilities
