At BoxesGen UK, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent and straightforward payment experience for every customer. This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for custom packaging orders placed through our website or with our sales team. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure and widely recognised payment methods for your convenience. Available payment options may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and any additional payment methods displayed during checkout or approved by our sales team.

Order Confirmation & Payment

As every order is manufactured to your individual requirements, production will only begin once your quotation, artwork, specifications and payment requirements have been confirmed. Your order will move into production after all necessary approvals have been completed.

Pricing

All quotations are provided in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the approved box dimensions, materials, printing, finishing options, quantity and any additional customisation requested. Should your order specifications change after approval, a revised quotation may be issued before production continues.

How Custom Pricing Works

Every custom packaging order is manufactured to your individual requirements. The £0.10 payment displayed on selected product pages is a sample payment that allows you to submit your custom packaging enquiry and begin the quotation process. It is not the final price of your custom packaging order.

Once your request has been received, our packaging specialists will carefully review your specifications before preparing a detailed quotation. Your final price is calculated based on the following:

Material
Printing
Finishing Options

A detailed quotation is normally provided within 24 business hours of receiving your request. Production will only begin once you have approved the quotation, artwork and final order specifications.

Where applicable, the £0.10 sample payment will be deducted from the total value of your final custom packaging order.

Payment Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your payment information. Online payments are processed through trusted payment providers, and BoxesGen UK does not store your complete payment card details on its servers.

Order Changes

If you request changes after payment but before production begins, we will review your request and advise whether any additional charges or an updated production timescale are required. Once production has commenced, further amendments may not be possible.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are reviewed according to the stage of production your order has reached. Requests received before production begins may be considered. As all custom packaging is manufactured specifically for each customer, orders that have entered production are generally not eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further information.

Refunds

If a refund is approved in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, it will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Payment Issues

If your payment cannot be processed or verified, your order may be placed on hold until the matter has been resolved. If you experience any payment-related issues, please contact our customer support team before attempting to place another order.
