At BoxesGen UK, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following terms.
Eligible Countries
Our return policy applies to customers in all countries we currently serve, including:
Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
Return Window
All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Customers wishing to replace an item must return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Return Method
All returns must be sent by mail.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and any shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Refund Processing Time
