Where We Ship
- United Kingdom: We currently ship to addresses within the UK.
Shipping Cost
Free Standard Shipping is included with every order. You will not be charged for delivery.
Processing (Handling) Time
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Delivery (Transit) Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days.
Total Estimated Time to Your Door
Approximately 2–4 business days from the time you place your order (processing 1–2 days + transit 1–2 days). Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If a tracking link is available from our carrier, it will be included in that email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Delivery Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We aren’t responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses.
- Unforeseen events (e.g., carrier delays, peak seasons, severe weather) may occasionally extend delivery beyond the estimated window.
Returns & Refunds (UK)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, the following policy applies to UK orders.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
How to Return
- Method: Return by mail. Please contact our support team to receive return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid labels for returns.
Restocking Fee
A £5.00 restocking fee is deducted from your refund for each return processed.
Refund Timeline
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Please include any accessories, inserts, or promotional materials that came with the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed or personalized packaging that has been produced to your specification may not be returnable unless faulty. If your delivered items are defective or damaged, please contact us promptly with photos so we can help.
Exchanges
If you need a different specification, please place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.
